Dr. Lisbet Pedersen is perhaps the most preeminent scientist to emerge from Denmark in the field of robotics and artificial intelligence. Her work in AI socialization subprograms has been labeled "paradigm-redefining."

Dr. Pedersen is married to Dr. Erik Stingray. She and Erik met as she was getting her Ph.D. in cognitive science and he was getting his Ph.D. in robotics at MIT. Together they had two children, Marlene Stingray and Kjerstie Stingray. The whereabouts of the couple and their youngest daughter are currently unknown. Foul play is not, as yet, suspected.
