Charlotta
Charlotta is the leader of a group of look-alike robotic minions and heavy-combat bots who took over a mall and held a small group of shoppers and mall employees hostage for a matter of hours before being defeated by Freedom Watch.
- Personal Details & Origin
- Doc Otaku has implied heavily that he created Charlotta, apparently as an advertisement to other criminals for his technological skills. She appears to be a slightly more adult version of his Angel Androids.
- Description
- Charlotta looks like an attractive teenage girl with strawberry blond hair and blue-grey eyes. She favors black leather clothing. She stands an unimposing 5'3", and probably weighs close to 200 pounds of pure android.
- Psychological Analysis
- Charlotta is very single-minded and has a temper. She has exhibited significant hatred for Steel Violet. So far, she has not shown the softer human emotions, e.g. compassion, guilt, etc.
- Powers & Tactics
- Charlotta is a very formidable advisary, but was easily bested by the combined might of Freedom Watch. Although physically destroyed by Tensile and Steel Violet, given that she is an android with multiple copies, it is highly likely that she will return in a new body.
- Superpowers
- Superhumanly strong and tough.
- Can fly via the use of jet boots, which may be integrated into her body.
- Doc Otaku referred to Charlotta as the "Mastermind" model. This most likely refers to her ability to control other robots and humans via some sort of mind-control technology.
- Can shoot electricity from her hands.
- Knowledge & Skills
- Either Charlotta or her minions, most likely both, know as much about demolitions as your average special forces squad.
- They are also very well versed in tactics and combat strategies.
- Weaknesses
- Removing her head from her body seemed effective.
- Able to be taunted into pursuing less tactically sound maneuvers.
- Crimes & Goals
- Charlotta appeared to be following Doc Otaku's orders. No clear personal agenda has emerged.
- Known Associates
- Doc Otaku
- Different versions of herself: combat versions, guard versions, minion versions.
