Chernobyl

The death count from Chernobyl's most recent terror spree in Freedom City has risen to 35, after police officer Tom Miller died in intensive care this morning from radiation-related burns. More than 80 other people remain injured, including the local heroes the Black Fox and the Next-Gen's Nereiad.

Personal Details & Origin

• Chernobyl is Project 13 of Prosvyat, a Russian genetics project that sought to create supermen. His ethnicity is (most likely) Russian or (less likely) Ukrainian or other eastern European.
  
• Physically, he has brown hair and glowing green eyes. Standard build, approximately 6' tall, estimated at about 200 pounds. Has the number "13" carved into his forehead. Always encased in a field of glowing green radiation which he can control but seems unable to shut off.
  
• Psychological Analysis: Sociopathic. Probably megalomanic. Has a problem with relationships.
